We had three entries by seven artists. The theme for this challenge was "Season Change." The results were wonderfully
creative and imaginative!!
Each artist began with a standard package of materials along with a the ground rules by which the contest would be judged.
This Challenge was based on four colors from the Pantone 2012 Fall palette: French Roast (African Opal), Honey Gold (Rattail),
Titanium (Chain), and Ultramarine Green (Czech Fire Polish). Participants purchased a kit of supplies, had strict rules to follow
regarding what could be added, and had less than 3 weeks to complete their creations. Extra points were given for items made
for men.
CONGRATULATIONS to Kim Carter for her "Season Change" entry. All the creations will remain on display until October 7th.
Thanks and wonderful work to Kathy Messick, Sandy Watkinson, Donna Kellam, Laurie Miller, Lori Mullen, Dorthe Rahme and
Kim Carter. Kim will receive a $25 gift certificate.
